Foggy Day in Nagoya 名古屋で霧
When I woke up early yesterday and saw the fog, my first thought was, "I gotta get my camera and get out there!" So, I dressed and ate quickly, threw my camera in my backpack and biked to my school. I am lucky to work at a school with nice grounds, and the fog added to the mood. Fog is pretty unusual around here, so everything looked different. For one thing, when it's foggy, you discover spiderwebs that you wouldn't otherwise see. The drops of moisture hang from the gossamer threads, like little pearls. Fog is also good for flowers, as it rims them with sparkling drops, and filters the light so that it is low contrast with no harsh shadows.
